Meet the Founder: Marissa Barrera
Marissa Barrera has spent over a decade in the fitness industry, training men, women, and youth at all levels. She first stepped into the gym at 16, driven by a desire to build confidence and self-discipline. What started as a personal journey evolved into a lifelong passion for helping others step into their own strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
With experience coaching absolute beginners to seasoned athletes, Marissa, adapts programs to fit each client’s unique goals and starting point. She has worked with individuals who lacked the confidence to even step into a gym—watching them go from walking with their heads down to standing tall with self-assurance is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
